Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase & Validity The 3 x Session Bundle is a prepaid offer and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Sessions must be used within [X months] from the date of purchase. Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded. 2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable The 3 x Session Bundle is non-refundable under any circumstances. Bundled sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. 3. Booking & Cancellation Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule a booked session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in the session being forfeited. 4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals If a participant does not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the coach’s discretion. 5. Studio Rights & Adjustments The Film Actors Studio reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
